The Foundation of the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards met on October 29, 2025, in Santa Fe, NM, for a brief but productive session. Chair Z Thomas opened the meeting, welcoming trustees and guests.
The Board received updates on Foundationfunded projects, including Positive Age’s virtual AIT leadership program. Guests from the Vision Centre presented their Field Experience Portal proposal, which the Board agreed to revisit later.
Reports followed by the Governance Task Force and Treasurer Deb Veley, whose 2026 budget recommendation was approved. The Board noted that strategic planning will take place during the June 2026 Annual Meeting.
During the Chair’s Report, trustees Keith Knapp and Steve Chies were recognized for their service, and the Board approved the appointments of Jennifer See and Steve Jobe as new trustees. All consent items passed before the meeting adjourned.
