I am passionate about advancing the mission of NAB and strengthening the important role that member boards play in shaping the future of our field. For more than 17 years, I served as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, gaining a deep understanding of the responsibility required in long term care leadership.

I currently serve on the New Jersey State Licensing Board and have had the honor of serving as Secretary on the current NAB Board. I also served as NAB’s Chair of the Member Relations Committee for six years, where I worked intentionally to build connection and break down barriers. I introduced fun, inclusive events such as themed dress-up activities that helped members laugh together and made NAB feel more welcoming. These roles have given me direct insight into the strategic priorities that guide our work.

My involvement with NAB spans the full continuum of licensure and professional development. I have had the opportunity to contribute as a writer for both the RCAL and NHA exams, serve as a continuing education provider, and proudly represent NAB at industry conferences, including ACHCA, LeadingAge, and AHCA. Throughout my career, I have also mentored multiple Administrators in Training and those interested in the field, supporting the next generation of leaders and reinforcing the importance of strong professional standards.

I bring energy, curiosity, and a deep commitment to collaboration. I believe strong relationships with partner associations are essential as our field evolves and faces multiple challenges. At the same time, our responsibility to protect the public remains paramount. I am committed to helping NAB think strategically about the future while staying grounded in our core mission.

It would be an honor to continue serving and contributing to the strength, relevance, and impact of NAB.
